E4AID is dedicated to raising awareness about autoimmune diseases, educating students in underrepresented areas, and reducing stigma through knowledge and open conversations. By bringing tailored presentations to schools, we aim to create an informed and supportive community where autoimmune diseases are understood and acknowledged.

An autoimmune disease occurs when the immune system mistakenly attacks healthy cells. These diseases arise due to genetic, environmental, and many other factors and often have no cure.

Many students lack awareness of autoimmune diseases, leading to stigma. In underrepresented areas, the absence of discussion and education often results in those affected by autoimmune diseases feeling isolated, misjudged, or even blamed for their condition. By spreading knowledge, we promote understanding, empathy, and a more inclusive community.

We present in schools, delivering interactive lessons on different autoimmune diseases. Through engaging discussions, we help students understand these conditions and the importance of awareness in building a supportive environment.
